In this role you will insure end user adherence to corporate IT Standards, by solving technical problems in a timely manner.

Basically on a day to day basis you will respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support from the company’s employees.


Requirements :

  • Strong knowledge of

    hardware

    and software
  • Experience with end-user trouble shooting techniques
  • Awareness of, and interest for current technologies
