Our client is creating a new department in their Montreal office that will be responsible for creating geo-demographic reports. This is leading real estate consultancy that works with some of the top retailers in the country. For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to come in on the ground floor and build a small division within the organization. Eventually this key individual will implement and train within other office locations.

Qualifications:

– At least 1 year working with Mapinfo software

– Great communication in English (writen and spoken) and French (spoken)

Job Tasks

– To generate reports/maps that will be sent to clients

– To lead the geographic analysis department

– Develop, enhance, and maintain the GIS and research database system
