RESPONSIBILITIES

•

The SAE is responsible for achieving targeted revenue/gross margin objectives by leveraging full product/service offering. The SAE will sell to both new and existing customers without territory boundaries, with a focus on developing strategic accounts and building long-term customer partnerships.
•

Establish/maintain long-term contractual relationships with our customers that promote continuous revenue streams.
•

Achieve Margin and Revenue targets for assigned accounts as set out by the Company.
•

Provide fast, courteous service and knowledgeable support for customers in their ongoing requirements to purchase Services and Products .
•

Engage in a proactive selling relationship with prospects and customers whereby they preferentially select as their vendor of choice.
•

Establish trusted advisor relationships with all customer organizations at the executive level.
•

Prepare accurate proposals that meet or exceed margin targets/guidelines.
•

Update pipeline forecasting model with revisions tendered monthly.
•

Update customer database and proper documentation of quotes, activities and time.


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

•

Minimum 5 years of quota carrying technology/Telecommunications sales and account management experience.
•

Consistent earnings of more than $80K in most recent sales role with a minimum $750k quota.
•

Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills in both English and French.
•

Proven Experience managing the sales-cycle from lead generation to close.
•

Proven experience with developing long-term customer relationships and growing sales within existing customers.
•

APSS-SME and APSS-Data (Avaya Professional Sales Specialist) certification.
