We are looking for bilingual (En/Fr) recruiter / account manager. This position could be remote.
We are looking for 360 Desk Recruiter (Account Manager / Recruiter) to help us headhunt / recruit top notch IT candidates for our clients’ companies across Canada / US (Quebec, Ontario, BC, Alberta, New York and Florida). You will be assisting us with the development of new business, sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, preparing profiles, doing reference checks, searching resumes and helping to close offers.
Must Have Skills:
– Strong communication / written skills in English / French are required
– University or College degree
– Business development, sales, cold calling experience
– Motivated by compensation based on performance
– The ability to multitask and perform in a fast paced environment
– Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
– Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
– Knowledge of MS Office product
Nice to Have Skills:
– Experience with recruitment
– Able to communicate in other languages
