Our client is a leader in Machine To Machine communications. We are looking for a C-C++ Embedded Software Developer who will aid the development and design of application software for embedded systems.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and design embedded systems application software

– Install and debug embedded software on the hardware

– Update and produce documentation according to delivery standards

– Report software and equipment defaults

– Work closely with the Architect

Requirements:

– Bachelor in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent

– 10 years experience in a related position

– Excellent knowledge of structured programming and assembly in C

– Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming in C++

– Knowledge of electronics and ability to use measuring equipment

– Knowledge of design patterns an asset

– Teamwork ability

– Logical, analytical and observation skills

– Good communicator and ability to vulgarize complex technical concepts

– Bilingual (ability to understand French a must)
