We are looking for junior / intermediate software / system troubleshooting and problem-solving specialist. You will be responsible for installation, configuration, on-call support on a rotational basis.


Qualification:

– Bachelors Degree
– Experience with software design and software development
– Software / system troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
– Strong communications and customer support skills
– Good understanding of networking concept and TCP/IP
– Hands on experience on Linux server operating systems
– Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must
