Job Description:

– Assisting clients and customers with inquiries
– Fielding inbound calls and emails
– Escalating clients through to 3rd-tier technical support


Requirements:

– Fluent in both English and French
– 2+ years experience in a Customer Support role
– Professional or education background in software/technology
