Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a pipeline of IT positions and candidates.
• Market to new and existing IT hiring contacts to enage on IT Searches
• Identify and interview candidates to gain an understanding of their skill set and career goals
• Qualify and present candidates for open searches
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, prepare candidates for meetings, follow up after meetings
• Negotiate contracts, offers, and manage all facets of placement process

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience as a full desk Agency IT Recruiter OR sales / biz dev
• Demonstrated success exceeding expectations and goals
• 4 year college degree
• Technology savvy
• Detail oriented
• Situationally aware, and emotionally intelligent
• Highly motivated individual with a burning desire to succeed
