• Provide IT
    support to end-users in an effective and timely manner across various
    locations ;


  • Respond to
    IT support calls, emails, service tickets that include; desktop/laptop
    problems, printer problems, network issues and IT equipment setup at
    various locations ;


  • Resolve
    technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wireless Networks, and
    Virtual Private Networks ;


  • Administer
    Google Apps for business account and other 3rd party cloud applications.


Requirements


  • Windows 7, 10, Mac OS X, Google
    Suite ;


  • Mac and PC hardware, Printers,
    scanners, computer peripherals ;


  • Experience working in a
    Windows/Mac environment ;


  • Mobile devices (iOS, Android) ;


  • Client PC connectivity –
    ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN


  • Bilingual French
    / English.
