Our client, who are in the digital music industry, are looking to hire a Linux System Adminitrator to help find innovative solutions to optimize current infrastructures (Oracle, Apache, Tomcat, MySQL). Located in Ville St-Laurent.

Responsabilities

-Assist internal teams to come up with Information Systems solutions

-Design and architect IS systems for the company

-Constantly find improvements for overall network performance

-Manage the Linux Servers as well as the MysQL and Oracle Database server

-Requirements

-5 years in a similar role

-English and French (written and spoken)

-Must know Linux Kernel, Redhat distribution, Perl and other scripting language.

-Knowledge of oracle databases, MySQL, Microsoft application administration, Cisco IOS is a plus
