Required skills

Proven experience working with Voice and Data networks

Proven experience installing and supporting PC based telephony servers

Proven experience troubleshooting data networks and SIP telephony.

Experience working TDM/SIP GW (Cisco, Dialogic, Meaditrix)

Experience configuring and maintaining AVAYA telephony switches (SIP & TDM).

Experience installing and maintaining windows servers

Knowledge of TCP/IP & VOIP.

Familiar with TDM and SIP Trunks

Bilingual English & French


Knowledge of SQL and JS

Experience testing third party products / integrations

Experience doing remote and onsite support

Experience working with Call Centers

Familiar with cloud base solutions & architecture

Portuguese speaking

Spanish speaking
