The Database Administrator (DBA) is highly experienced with Oracle. You will forms part of our IT Operations team. You will have solid relational database knowledge as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and will be responsible for the operation of our 24×7 mission-critical database servers. You will be part of a large multi-international organization working with an array of database platforms and applications. It is a challenging role within a rapidly expanding company with a great work ethos who value and develop their employees.

Requirements:

5+ years experience an Oracle DBA

5+ years experience writing PL/SQL and shell scripts

Experience with Oracle High Availability and Disaster Recovery (Oracle RAC)

Experience of working with data warehouse and OLAP cubes

In depth knowledge of database design, scalability, availability and normalization
