We are looking for go getters, who want to be on top of the game, and do not take no for an answer. As a 360 recruiter (look it up!) – you will be juggling different tasks such as negotiating agreements, qualifying candidates, doing business development.
We offer one of the highest commission structures in the industry, and your first-year earnings should average $30,000 to $60,000, with the potential to grow into a six-figure income. Must Have Skills:

– University or College degree
– Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in a b2b sales environment
– Constant overachiever / Entrepreneurial spirit / Outgoing personality
– Motivated by compensation based on performance
– Lead Generation / meeting quotas
– Managing / negotiating terms with clients
– Persistent and getting things done now
– Sourcing candidates on open mandates
– Strong communication / written skills in English are required (French is a big asset)
