We are looking for a Java developer to start immediately. Our client, a startup in Old Montreal, does data mining of social media sites to better utilize the financial markets.

Requirements:

– Design and development experience, minimum 5 years

– Detail-oriented and creative

– Strong Java skills, minimum 5 years

– DBMS with emphasis on SQL, couchdb

– Scripting in Linux Environment

– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics or engineering
