One of our clients is currently looking for a

Senior Telecomunications Administrator -Cisco Systems

The main responsibilities of this person will be to maintain all corporate and all centre telephony systems, as well as develop new solutions for their users.



More than 3 years of experience supporting VoIP

More than 5 years supporting a multi-side call center environment

Excellent knowledge of:

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager

  • Telephony Integration of call centre scheduling and quality applications

  • Data networking technologies

Experience with back-end Cisco VoIP hardware, software, and handsets

Familiar with resource management systems

Troubleshooting Skills

Must be able to working on week-ends and evening shifts, as well as being on-call

Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Must Have experience with


  • Cisco UCCE Environment Administration

  • IVR Cisco Voice Portal

  • CUCM – Cisco Unified Communication Manager



  • CCNA

  • CCNA-Voice

  • CCVP Certification

  • IEX TotalView Experience
