We are looking for a Tech Support for our client in Lasalle with the following experience :
Key Responsibilities
:
– Provide Level 1&2 Customer Support and Technical issue resolution via e-mail or phone
– Embedded product experience is a must
– Knowledge of electrical components is a must
Desired Skills and Experience:
– 3-4 years of experience in supporting customers over the phone to resolve issues with embedded products
