We are looking for a Tech Support for one of our client in Lasalle with the following experience :
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide Level-1&2 Customer Support and Technical issue resolution via e-mail or phone
Desired Skills and Experience:
– 3-4 years of experience in supporting customers over the phone to resolve issues with embedded products
Few notes for the position:
– Embedded product experience is a must
– Knowledge of electrical components is a must
