Our Client is looking for a technical support technician.
- Assist customers on Linux servers & monitoring systems;
- Monitor the product repair process;
- Help to find solution to the customer by remote connection if needed
- Answer calls from clients;
- Up to 15% of travelling;
- Take decisions regarding warranty replacements of customer product;
- Analyse traffic network to be able to identify network issue;
- Work schedule 9:00- 17:00 and 1300-2100.
- 3 years+ with Tech Support;
- Experience with Linux, Windows /NT/2000 etc;
- Excellent knowledge of computer office applications;
- PC and components (serial port, USM, graphic cards, etc.);
- Video and Audio concepts;
