Our Client is looking for a technical support technician.
  • Assist customers on Linux servers & monitoring systems;
  • Monitor the product repair process;
  • Help to find solution to the customer by remote connection if needed
  • Answer calls from clients;
  • Up to 15% of travelling;
  • Take decisions regarding warranty replacements of customer product;
  • Analyse traffic network to be able to identify network issue;
  • Work schedule 9:00- 17:00 and 1300-2100.
Qualification:
  • 3 years+ with Tech Support;
  • Experience with Linux, Windows /NT/2000 etc;
  • Excellent knowledge of computer office applications;
  • PC and components (serial port, USM, graphic cards, etc.);
  • Video and Audio concepts;
  • Bilingual
