Our Client in ville St. Laurent is looking for a Junior to intermediate Technical Support Engineer to join their growing team

This individual needs to be comfortable working with customers in a dynamic environment. This is not merely a call center job, but rather necessitates a good deal of troubleshooting which involve advanced technical solutions.


Requirements:

  • Strong working experience with Linux OS (CentOS-4 / Red Hat Enterprise) administration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, experience dealing with customers
  • Written and spoken English a MUST
  • Linux technical support
