We are looking for Network VoIP integration specialist to install, customize, integrate, support/troubleshoot telecom equipment for call centers. Travel up to 10% to the US.

Requirements:

4 Years minimum experience

Strong knowledge of Networks

– Experience work with SIP and Telephony in general

– 3 Years minimum experience

– Experience working with CISCO (Routers and SIP GW)

– 3 Years minimum experience

– Call center experience

– Bilingual (EnglishFrench)

– SQL – VB – .NET experience is a plus

– Experience working with Avaya is a plus
